Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

1.1 Membership in Fusion TriLife Club is open to individuals who share a passion for triathlon sports.

1.2 All members must complete the membership registration process and pay any applicable fees.

1.3 Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Club Activities

2.1 Members participate in all events, training sessions, and activities at their own risk.

2.2 Members must adhere to the rules and safety guidelines provided during events.

2.3 The club reserves the right to modify or cancel events as needed.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously towards others.

3.2 Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.

4. Liability and Waiver

4.1 Fusion TriLife Club is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during club activities.

4.2 By participating, members agree to waive any claims against the club for damages or liability.

5. Privacy

5.1 Member information collected during registration will only be used for club purposes.

5.2 The club will not share member data with third parties without consent unless required by law.

6. Amendments

6.1 Fusion TriLife Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

6.2 Members will be notified of any changes via email or club communication channels.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of [Province/State/Region].

RISK AWARNESS

I acknowledge that training for and/or participating in fitness activities such as strength training, cycling, running, swimming, triathlon etc. are an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental limits and such training or participation poses potential risks of serious bodily injury, death, or property damage. With full understanding of the risks I am taking, I HEREBY ASSUME ALL THE RISKS OF TRAINING FOR AND PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES and EVENTS.

I hereby attest that I am in good health and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor and, furthermore the licensed medical doctor has been advised that I intend to participate in these activities.

In consideration of being accepted as a Fusion TriLife Club Athlete, I hereby take the following action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns, or anyone else who might claim or sue on my behalf: 

(a) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all claims, costs, or liabilities for death, personal injury or damages of any kind, which arise out of or relate to my training, THE FOLLOWING PERSONS OR ENTITIES: The Fusion TriLife Club.

(b) I AGREE NOT TO SUE any of the persons or entities mentioned above for any of the claims, costs or liabilities that I have waived, released or discharged herein; and 

(c) I INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, and HOLD HARMLESS the persons or entities mentioned above from any claims made or liabilities assessed against them as a result of my actions except those resulting from the willful acts or gross negligence of entities mentioned above.

I AFFIRM THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS DOCUMENT I AM WAIVING SIGNIFICANT LEGAL RIGHTS AND AM INCURRING SIGNIFICANT LEGAL LIABILITIES. I HAVE BEEN SPECIFICALLY ADVISED TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY IF I DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANY PORTION OF THIS RELEASE AND AGREEMENT.

IMAGE RELEASE

I hereby expressly grant The Fusion TriLife Club the right to use my picture, silhouette, other reproductions of my physical likeness, and video on social media or website platforms for the promotion of the club and coaching services.
