Training plan is specific based on individual schedule, fitness level and race goal. Generally, to make a training plan the followings should be considered for the whole training cycle.
1. Training/Race Goal: To achieve a PB finish time or a specific discipline improvement.
2. Training Cycles: Based on personal schedule and fitness level to build one integration training cycle or multiple training cycles to focus on specific improvement.

4. The factors to complete a training plan.
5. Dedication/Focus, Execution, Review and monitor the training progress, adjust the plan if needed.
6. Schedule rest day/week, nutrition, strength training etc. in your training plan.
